Rosa Parks

Her body is lying in the building housing the US Congress, a rare honour given usually only to presidents and other eminent political figures.
Her refusal to give up her seat to a white man on a bus in Alabama in 1955 prompted a mass black boycott of buses, organised by Martin Luther King Jr.

She is resting in peace...Sec.of State, C.Rice said at a memorial that she would not be in her position if it was not for Ms. Parks... Ms Parks had honesty, morality, courage and honour. C. Rice does not.

The start in darkness and wet leaves

I read a short article on rosa parks who refused to give up her seat for a white man back in 1955...the article ends saying that it was because of her that we have C.Rice as bush's right hand man (woo-man). I am sure Parks would not be pleased. There is no honor in or with Rice...to promote Bush. Bush et al. do not stand up for civil rights, human or otherwise rights... just white and rich english speaking conservative americans...
